Privacy notice and cookie policy
This page explains how the personal data of Friotekno website visitors is processed and which storage technologies the site uses, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003.
Data controller
The data controller is Dal Santo Srl — Via Fabio Filzi 46, 31036 Istrana (TV), Italy — VAT IT04207260268. Friotekno is a Dal Santo Srl brand.

What data we collect
The website only collects the data you enter yourself in the contact form:
- first and last name;
- company (optional);
- email address;
- country and, for Italy, region;
- type of request and message;
- the consents you give (privacy and marketing communications).
There are no user accounts, sign-ups or profiling. As with any website, the hosting server records technical logs (IP address, browser type, date and time of the request) needed to run and secure the service.

Providing the data marked as required is necessary for us to reply; without it we cannot handle your request. Consent to commercial communications is entirely optional.
Who we share it with
Form data is transmitted to and stored in HubSpot, the CRM platform we use to manage business contacts: the provider acts as data processor (HubSpot Ireland Ltd, with possible transfer to HubSpot Inc. in the United States on the basis of the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
Our hosting provider and authorised staff may also access the data, limited to their duties. Data is never disclosed publicly or sold to third parties.
How long we keep it
- contact request data: as long as needed to handle it and, where a business relationship follows, for the period required by civil and tax law;
- marketing consent: until withdrawn;
- server technical logs: for the limited period set by the hosting provider.
Your rights
At any time you can request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, object to processing, obtain data portability and withdraw the consents given. To exercise these rights, write to the registered office above.
If you believe the processing infringes the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses technical cookies and, only with your consent, the HubSpot script — HubSpot being the platform that runs our CRM. That script is a single bundle covering both browsing statistics and the HubSpot and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising pixels, and it cannot be split: for this reason it is loaded only if you accept both categories in the notice, statistics and marketing. If you decline, or accept only one of the two, it is not even downloaded. There are no social buttons, and web fonts are served from our own domain.

The first one is a technology necessary to provide the service, for which consent is not required (Art. 122 of Legislative Decree 196/2003). HubSpot cookies are installed only after your consent on the notice: if you decline, the relevant script is not even loaded. You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, or by clearing the site data in your browser settings.
